Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 27bd9 online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through 27bd9.bet (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and 27bd9 ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered through 27bd9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 27bd9 Platform. 27bd9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. To register and maintain an account on the 27bd9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 27bd9 reserves the right to verify compliance with these criteria at any point during your use of the Platform, including at the time of any withdrawal request.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming activity in the jurisdiction applicable to your use of 27bd9.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or any legal entity other than an individual is prohibited.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 27bd9, nor an immediate family member of such a person. Persons in these categories are ineligible to hold player accounts.
• You must maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. Holding more than one account constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the 27bd9 Platform. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which serves as your primary login identifier. You are required to complete KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal request will be processed. 27bd9 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including during the normal course of account use.

KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all accounts prior to withdrawal. You will be required to submit identity documentation acceptable to 27bd9. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identification Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladeshi passport with photograph and date of birth clearly visible.
• Birth registration certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority, where accepted as a supplementary document.
• Any additional documentation 27bd9 may reasonably request to verify your identity, address, age, or source of funds.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 27bd9 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. In the event of any suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 27bd9 immediately via the live chat support channel. 27bd9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain credential confidentiality.

• Never share your password with any person, including any person claiming to represent 27bd9 customer support. 27bd9 will never ask for your password.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 27bd9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 27bd9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). No other payment methods are currently available. 27bd9 does not accept deposits via international credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

Deposit Policy

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the 27bd9 Platform:

• Deposits are credited to your 27bd9 BDT wallet within seconds of confirmation in your mobile banking application. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of confirmation, contact 27bd9 live chat support with your transaction reference number.
• 27bd9 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Third-party charges levied by your mobile banking provider are outside 27bd9's control and are your responsibility.
• The mobile banking number used for a deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts held in third-party names will be declined and returned, subject to the processing times of the originating mobile banking provider.
• 27bd9 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits on any account. Standard minimum deposit limits and any applicable maximum limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account after login.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from your 27bd9 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Players who have not completed KYC should do so promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking number used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified mobile banking number registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within one (1) hour of the request being approved by the 27bd9 payments team during standard operating hours. Processing times during peak periods or outside standard hours may be longer.
• 27bd9 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, an unresolved bonus wagering requirement, or any other compliance concern. Section 6

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

27bd9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the 27bd9 Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to a separate bonus wallet within your 27bd9 account. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagers placed with bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be transferred to your main BDT balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times). The specific rollover multiplier applicable to any given promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are issued to individual accounts and are not transferable. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash. Where multiple bonuses are held simultaneously, the oldest active bonus is applied first.
• 27bd9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or any form of fraud. In such cases, any winnings derived from bonus play may be voided.
• Bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion's terms. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any related bonus winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

27bd9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from the account settings dashboard after login and include the following:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit into your 27bd9 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure automated reminders at set intervals to notify you of the duration of your active gaming session.

Prohibited Activities

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any winnings voided, and any remaining balance forfeited, subject to the return of verified deposits where required by applicable law.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name, under an alias, or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to automate gameplay, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent game mechanics or platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to influence the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any transaction involving proceeds of crime. 27bd9 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain funds or benefits not intended by the game design. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your mobile banking provider after the deposited funds have been used for gameplay. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and legal referral where applicable.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the 27bd9 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of 27bd9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 27bd9 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 27bd9. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of 27bd9 Platform content — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 27bd9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following categories of loss:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity, including losses sustained during normal gameplay, bonus wagering, or sports betting. Gambling involves risk and 27bd9 does not guarantee any outcome or return.
• Loss of data, loss of account access, or service interruption caused by technical failure, maintenance, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond 27bd9's reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or government-mandated service restrictions.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where 27bd9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or functionality provided on the Platform, including but not limited to sports statistics, odds, game rules descriptions, or promotional materials, where such reliance was unreasonable in the circumstances.

Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

27bd9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Where a proposed amendment materially changes your rights or obligations under these Terms, 27bd9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the registered contact details on your account, where practical to do so.

Your continued use of the 27bd9 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revised version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting 27bd9 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered mobile banking account.
